Not a time saver

With the ads and the amount of time it takes to submit a photo and have it checked, this really isn’t a time saver.

Not the best one

I was trying not to give a bad review, but this app is terrible. There are annoying ads and navigating is difficult. Example: I chose the wrong state at first, and was unable to change it, until I decided to scan it anyway. Then I was able to get back to state selection after the scan failed. I scanned 1 ticket successfully, but the app completely crashed when I tried to scan another. It crashed trying to play another annoying ad. Seems a bit greedy to me. We give tons of money through the lottery. Did you really need the ads that made your app essentially useless? I can just look up the numbers easier than all this!

Lottery scanner

This app does not work as advertised. It's difficult to scan tickets, and then when it finally does it's difficult to tell it which drawing to check against. It defaults to the upcoming drawing, so difficult to check tickets from past drawings. The user interface is clunky and not intuitive. I believe it has potential, but the current rev is not very good. My overall rating is one-half stars. Look for another app...

Scanner

I have never scanned one ticket without saying there is an error. Second it tells me everytime to download camera scanner to make it into a PDF file. I’m trying to win money not continue to spend it on an app that’s $6.99 a month, I’m not that lazy. Better off just going to convenience store and scanning the ticket to double check then waste time.

It was easy to download the app and I’m stupid stupid when it comes to computers it was very easy to find out if my ticket was a winner mega millions unfortunately I’m not a winner. Good luck next time. Thank you very much for your app.

Monday Draw for Powerball & Power Play Option

Unable to check Monday Powerball draw tickets. Unlike MegaMillions drawn 2 days a week, PowerBall tickets are drawn 3 days. Please fix so I can check my Monday tickets. My app automatically chooses NO for Power Play when it should be YES. Is there a option somewhere in the app to change the Power Play to YES? This app could be better. Thank you.

Terrible app.

I have tried multiple times over several months to scan lottery tickets with this app. Every single time it fails with an error. Have never got it to scan even one lottery ticket successfully. Don’t know why they call it a lottery ticket scanner since it is absolutely terrible and does not work at all. Don’t waste your time. Downloading this.

This app is GARBAGE

Extremely difficult to use. Doesn’t scan barcodes. You have to take a picture of the ticket and guess what to do with it. The Louisiana lottery app scans the ticket barcode and automatically determines which game and date of the drawing and lets you know if the ticket has won or lost and the amount of your winnings.

Fails to scan correctly

It failed to correctly scan all the info on my ticket in perfect lighting conditions. For some reason only picked up two of my three plays and incorrectly logged that I hadn’t purchased the Megaplier. Bottom line: multiple attempts at scanning a ticket only produced erroneous results. Therefore the app is useless

scans single ticket only

This app is useless. I need an app to scan 10 tickets per page. this app ignores the first 9 and recognizes the last set of numbers. I can do that by hand if that is the case. also, it doesn’t support a range of dates if you buy the same numbers on a multi draw. needs work to be functional

Not worth the time

This app sounds like a good idea, it would be super convenient to check lottery tickets. The problem is, it doesn’t work! It gives an error message every time! No matter what kind of lighting, background or how you frame the picture. I think this is just a dummy app to waste people’s time.

Did not like the APP Trying

App is very helpful and easy to use but it keeps popping up other Apps to buy and locks up the screen to force you to purchase another App . Typical MA SELLING ADVERTISING after they already got your $$$ on the lottery ticket. There should absolutely not be any up sale going on ! Just check my tickets and have a great day.

Terrible App

This app has never worked properly even one time. I’ve installed and uninstalled and reinstalled about 10 times. After you take a photo of your ticket, the app tries push another app on you and then the screen turns gray and nothing happens. Absolutely worthless.

Does not work

I use the lottery scanner from Texas lottery and it works fine. I’m currently traveling across the country and have tickets from several states and none of the megamillion and Powerball tickets would scan. After taking a picture it would take me to an ad that I couldn’t get out of ; three times it happened.

Get ready to delete…..

Thought this would allow me to scan my ticket and tell me if I won anything. Instead all it did was try to sell me something at every click and successfully scanned 1 of 20 lines. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

Doesn’t work

I opened the app and clicked on state. I scrolled down to my state and clicked on it but nothing happened. I clicked on other states and still nothing. I closed the app and tried again. Still nothing. Hi closed and opened but this time I clicked just on Mega Millions but NOTHING happened. Pretty useless so I’m deleting.

Doesn’t work.

I could not get no one ticket to scan. I tried different zoom levels, different lighting, nothing worked. I read everybody’s reviews and I thought well maybe they’re just not taking good pictures. Trust me, they’re right, it doesn’t work.

Horrible!

I have tried eight times to scan a ticket but it constantly says there’s an unexpected error and to try again. I tried several other tickets and still get the unexpected error. I have yet to even have one ticket successfully scanned.

Awful

I’ve been trying to select a state, to scan my tickets for and nothing happens. I select Colorado it highlights the state but unhighlights the state the second I remove my finger. Theirs no way to go back have to close the entire app. My advice don’t waste your time with this one.

No matter how I do a picture, no matter how good its just showing error all the time, waist of time instead of making option pf a scanner to any tickets they get this camera option that does not even work!!! Waist of time do not download, my opinion!!!!

Doesn’t work

Under scan tickets it requires you to select a state. No matter what state you choose, nothing will happen, it will not proceed. To go back and try again you need to close out the app but it wont fix the problem.

Chances of winning are better than the app working

I tried to get this to work for a few minutes before giving up. You already (probably) wasted your money on the lotto, don't waste your data and time too.

Worst

Worked painfully slow first time I tried using it. Now, it wants access to my picture gallery when I try to click on the camera button. The camera button doesn’t work anymore. Major failure.

Too many errors

The app does not read the winning numbers. I’ve been trying this app for a while now does not work. I tried with the light on with the light off is nothing to do with it please improve this app.

Don’t bother dumb app

Might as well go to official lottery website. Makes you watch an ad to see results. And you still have to check your own numbers, it doesn’t scan and check for you.

Scanner doesn’t work

Looks like a good app. I downloaded it and pressed scanned button. Then you choose a state and it doesn’t do anything. I pressed every state and nothing. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Needs some work

Not ready for prime time. I had to scan numerous times then was getting errors. Nice idea though.

Difficult and slow

It’s not user friendly at all. Doesn’t save your numbers…always gives an “unexpected error “ message.

Wastes your time

With the number of ads you need to watch prior to this app actually being able to scan your tickets it’s a waste of your time and it’s actually quite frustrating.

Not working for PowerBall

This app has an option to check PowerBall results, but it does not seem to work correctly. After selecting the PowerBall option the app shows drawing dates for MegaMillions, not PowerBall. There is no way to get PowerBall results.

Error

“Scanned” pictures of tickets. Took the first couple since then keep saying unexpected error. I have followed the instructions as they appear on the app. Very frustrating-deleting as it is useless!

Not functional

I just downloaded this app and when I click on the state I’m in it doesn’t do anything. It won’t even let me click the state at all, it lets me scroll but not click my state. Need to fix this app.

Needs improvements

This app does not allow for you to scan multiple dates at one time. It should be able to read the barcode similar to the California App l have seen.

Very slow

Takes a very long time, and when you get the numbers it does not tell you if you won. You are better off going to the store to scan

Terrible

Terrible app. App makes you take picture or ticket and then shows message that no information is available. The ticket was a drawing two weeks ago.

Megaplier

Can’t use the app for the ads that keep popping up. Also when I take pics of my ticket to scan, it either says not a good pic or that I didn’t purchase megaplier when I did. Too much trouble honestly.

Such a Shame

Terrible 2 years ago, terrible today and will probably remain the same in the future.. Does not load the saved tickets. This app is like a virtual paper weight..

Very difficult

Had to retake photo of ticket multiple times before it would scan properly. Deleted after several unsuccessful attempts.

Have to add additional downloaded scanner to work in spite of taking photo of ticket. Does not change date when prompted to allow manual check of ticket.

Doesn’t work

App doesn’t work. Says to take a picture of the whole ticket behind a solid background. All it does it come back and say “unexpected error”. Don’t waste your time

Drawing date

Maybe I’m doing something wrong but it won’t let me select the actual date the drawing was held. Example, my drawing was on the 27th but it will only let me select the 29th which is not a drawing date.
