Grateful to have been part of the recent Career Expo as a volunteer, where I had the privilege of contributing to the seamless contribution of student-company interactions. This career expo has served as a pivotal platform where industry-leading companies converge to engage and recruit promising talent. It was inspiring to witness firsthand the exchange of ideas and opportunities between students and recruiters, fostering a collaborative environment. Volunteering for such an event provided invaluable insights into the recruitment process, and refined my interpersonal skills.A sincere thanks to Dr.Roma Raina Ma'am, Lourd Johnson Fernando Sir, PRATIK SONI Sir for entrusting me with this opportunity to be a part of such an event!

Hello, Connections!The past week has been nothing short of a whirlwind of thrilling opportunities, exciting challenges, and moments of profound growth. Last week, I had the honor of representing Manipal Academy of Higher Education - MAHE, Dubai at Utsav 2024, an Inter-collegiate festival hosted at our Indian campus as the Cultural Secretary.This experience not only allowed me to showcase my leadership skills but also provided invaluable opportunities for networking, collaboration, and personal growth. It was immensely gratifying to witness my team who had devoted months to preparation and practice, showcase their talents with such poise and elegance on stage. Seeing their hard work and dedication culminate into such polished performances was truly a moment of pride for me. Great job, team! A huge shoutout to Bipin Singh Sir, our dear faculty coordinator whose invaluable guidance and support were extremely instrumental in ensuring our smooth participation in events. His unwavering dedication, expertise, and tireless efforts played a pivotal role during this fest. His leadership provided us with a solid foundation, enabling us to navigate through challenges and to be able to deliver memorable experiences for the team! Thank you, Sir! I'd also like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the coordinators at Manipal Academy of Higher Education for their exceptional hospitality and unwavering support.

As a volunteer at the 7th International Conference on Green Economy and Sustainable Growth through Strategic Change hosted by the School of Business at Manipal Academy of Higher Education - MAHE, Dubai, I'm filled with gratitude and pride for being a part of such a transformative event. I'm sincerely grateful to my faculty and Sunitha Prabhuram Ma'am for this incredible opportunity to contribute to an event focused on sustainability and strategic development. It was truly inspiring and being entrusted with various responsibilities during the conference allowed me to sharpen my attention to detail while also providing me with invaluable hands-on experience.From assisting attendees to managing session schedules, every task felt meaningful and helped refine my communication skills. Working alongside my dear friends Riona Fernandes, Rianna Dsouza and Hariprasad Kannadi Valloli added an extra layer of support and camaraderie that made this experience even more memorable.

I’ve had the opportunity to attend an engaging and thought provoking discussion with Mr. Joy Alukkas, a trailblazing entrepreneur & founder and the author along with Mr. Thomas Scaria and Ms. Nidhi Jain. Their Book, “Spreading Joy: How Joyalukkas Became the World’s Favourite Jeweller” is a compelling read, and provides numerous and valuable insights into leadership and how he achieved his goals through grit and determination. It was enlightening to listen to him talk about understanding the lay of the land, and what the various challenges were that he had to face throughout his entrepreneurial journey. I’d like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Manipal Academy of Higher Education - MAHE, Dubai and Ms. Sunitha Prabhuram & Ms. Rajani Ramdas for making this experience valuable and possible.
