It's our way! 🔰 That has been the motto this year of the day where all the managers of UCI Group have met again to define thestrategyof the company. This roadmap, marked by the#ESGcriteria, at UCI we callit "UCI WAY"and,FAUNIA, the thematic and natural parkin Madrid that is the place of more than 1200 animals of 152 species, was the venue chosen to celebrate our "UCIWAY" , with more than 150 managers of the group fromSpain, Portugal, Greece and Brazil. Our new CEO#PedroMegreand our Deputy CEO#PhilippeLaporteshared with all of us the challenges and objectives of our company and we all shared best practices from all the countries. .In addition, our managersparticipated in workshopsthat helped us finding new opportunities in every little challenge.And finally, the#teambuildingwho reminded that while solving challenges, you have to enjoy the journey, have a positivefootprint to the society and work as a team.If there is something that defines us, it is our way of doing things, Its our " UCI WAY"'.
