30, 1929, to Evelyn Tiedemann at Lincoln Trinity Lutheran Church near. Zumbro Falls, Minn. He was employed as a mechanic at Schultz Implement in Plainview, Minn. He was then a driver for Vets Cab and Stewart Blue Line in Rochester. He then owned and operated with his wife Shortie's Restaurants in Wabasha, and Nelson, Wis.

He drove a school bus in Durand, and Zumbro Falls. He retired to Arizona in 1974 and returned to Zumbro Falls in 1979. He had lived in Rochester since 1988.: He. was a member of Lincoln Trinity Lutheran Church near Zumbro Falls. Ressie Myrtle L. Ressie, 87, of 866 W. King St. died Friday (April 9, 1993) at her home. She was born in St.

Charles, on Dec. 12, 1905, to Lawrence and Florence Wright Bung. She was June 1921 graduate of St. Charles Myrtle Ressie High School. She then attended the Winona General Hospital School of Nursing.

She married Frank W. Ressle in Winona on Oct. 25, 1926. He died June 12, 1980. She was a member of and very active in Calvary Baptist Church.

She is survived by son Ronald (Joan) Ressie of Winona; three daughters Mardell (Gerald) Whittaker of Danville, 111., Charlotte (Peterson) of Winona, and Mary Lou (Richard) Thoreson, Chatfield, two brothers, Lyle Bung of Farmington, and Wayne (Carolyn) Bung of St. Petersburg, 23 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one grandson, three brothers and two sisters. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Calvary Baptist Church with Hugh Fendry 11 officiating.

1993) Paul. He at had been transferred there from Lakeview Hospital in Stillwater, Minn. He was born Feb. 18, 1945, at Arcadia to Fred and Adeline (Ziegler) Schmitt. He attended St.

Mary's Elementary School in Fountain City, Wis. He graduated from Cochrane-Fountain City High School in 1963. He attended the University. of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated in 1967 from the business administration and accounting school. He was employed as a cost accounting controller at 3M Company at the time of his death.

He married Judith Boberg at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Fountain City on Aug. 17, 1968. He was a member of St. Patrick's parish in Hudson, the St.

Valley Lions Club and the Quarter Century Club of 3M. Besides being active in these organizations, he found time to be an avid golfer and fisherman and a beloved family man. He was the beloved husband of Judi, and a loving father of Tammy. (Michael) Schmitz of Madison. He is survived by them and also by a sister, Marlene (Frank) Krzoska of Fountain City, by brother and sister-in-law Jane and Gary Larson of LaCrescent, and brother-in-law Dan Boberg of lowa.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Hudson, with interment in the church cemetery.
